I feel like I was scammed as there was no clear mention that when you booked you were unable to cancel unlike most other company's you have a 24hr grace period, when I realized I needed to cancel I was informed that I would get a credit note........not clear at the time of booking, big letters you can cancel free up to 48 hrs before your reservation

This site is an obscene rip off.
1. I booked a 21 day car hire in Barcelona advertised on your site as unlimited only to find out when trawling through the providers T&C's that it would be limited to 100km/day!
2. Your website also stated a full refund was available to my paying method as well as the option of putting the payment in your wallet for future payment on a future hire.
3. Upon choosing an actual unlimited km new car to hire, I clicked on the amount in the wallet to use for the new hire which opened up the booking page again and I followed this all the way to the booking completion and then found out the wallet money had not been used and I was charged the full amount ignoring what was in the wallet.
4. Then in withdrawing the original payment from the wallet your site informed me that I would be charged 60 Euro! which is totally contrary to the advertised full refund to the original payment method. Then to top it off your site informed me the refund could take several weeks!!

I am furious, frustrated and ready to reach out for whatever consumer protection laws are available to me as well as social media and press reviews!

so far so good for booking, hopefully it will be as good or better when picking up car at airport and no problem with shuttle to go to get car. It's my first time using this company

Went through the reservation process: check dates/find a car/pick the car/look at the cost/see the final cost.............go to payment.......
then when I did finish giving my cridit card the rental cost was $45 higher thatn the cost on the first page...
Trus rip off.
And they say no cancellation for refund!!!!!

I believe your pricing display and key features are very misleading, I only booked a car with yourselves as you advertised a cancellation policy up to 48 hrs before the hire date. Having just tried to cancel my booking i have only received a credit against a future hire, this is not stated clearly anywhere at the point of reservation and I believe is deliberately misleading and a fairly cheap tactic!

Please don't book thru this company, Life is too short and precious for 3rd grader nonsense and BS, I used Momondo to reserve a rental, immediately it gave me a choice of 3 online company offering the same car at the same price, I decided to use Economy booking and that is where the nightmare began. Dates entered on Momondo were the 26-03 but as soon I clicked on EB their computer switched my days to 27-04, which I didn't realize until I made the payment and received the confirmation. I called the fake New York number on their website, an Indian man,(most likely in Indian or in a European call center) who has no business being a customer agent rep, extremely rude said they is nothing he can do, he referred me to cancellation policy, I tried explaining I wasn't trying to cancel I just wanted my booking on the exact days as I had made the reservation on Momondo, but he did not budge, I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, first he said they was none available and after insisting he transferred me to someone worse, he said I made the booking and that it . It's okay, I went ahead and rented another car straight at the counter for one day and will pick the rental tomorrow and will return one day before its due date because of this people. Not being biased anytime I hear an Indian voice on the other end, I get goosebumps, most unethical rude people you will encounter, with majority of online scum are conducted by Indians nationals. I wish I read the reviews before I chose to give them my business, one thing for sure, I will never again deal with company in this lifetime.

Picking up the car was a terrible experience. It took one hour and 24 minutes of standing in line watching the agents take care of other customers. No one seemed to have a clue what they were doing. It was a disappointing way to begin my vacation.
