This is my go to bread! It’s my favorite! It has a good flavor and toasts well. Having it shipped is always an issue though. Even though the box is insulated my order never arrives frozen. The ice pack is always completely melted and the bread arrives thawed.

Have ordered from them many times and only had a problem one time with a box which was damaged (and loaves which were in pieces), but that is the shippers fault, not Ebans. This is one of the truly good gluten free options out there!

I am a huge baker, and take great pride in what I put out. I wasn't expecting much from these and only tried them because I only had to pay shipping. I was floored when this was the best cookie I have ever tasted, even before celiac!!! Now I want to just buy more instead of making my own cookies.

I love that these are chewy. The flavor is good I’d give it 5 stars but something is just a little off about the chocolate. It’s not bad just a touch different.

This is supposed to be Rye Bread, but the Caraway Seeds were lacking. I've now resorted to adding my own Caraway Seeds so the bread tastes more like rye bread.

I made a mistake when I ordered the cookies. I didn't read the ingredients to see that they either contained, milk, cream or butter. In addition to being gluten free, I am also lactose free. I had to give away the cookies. I was told they are very good by the people I gave them to.
