If you like everything but the bagel seasoning I think this bread is for you. The seeds on top were too much for my preference and I didn't love the flavor. I prefer their sliced and wrapped bread over this loaf.

We use these for hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, and anything that requires a more "hefty" need for a savory meal. These are better than the average, crummy, air-puffed junk-buns-full-of-chemicals that are ubiquitous in the grocery stores.

We use these for French toast. They work well if you toast them thoroughly first, then soak in your egg mix. Eban's is one of those difficult-to-find companies that doesn't use chemicals in their products, which in today's bakery market is almost impossible to find.

Tasty little slices. They aren't as full size as some loaves of bread, but make a nice complement to your breakfast plate when you toast lightly and add your spreads and garnishes. What is good about Eban's is that they do not include chemicals into their ingredients, making their food safe to consume.

I had ben making my own GF cookies, but now I've found that Ebans is not only deliciously but economical in their pricing. Saves me a lot of the expense of buying GF ingredients and time.

I toasted some for a snack yesterday (having some again this morning) - one of the best things about it is how the house smells when I toast it but the very best thing is the taste - honestly, when I got my box of bread, I was a bit surprised at how heavy it was so I was expecting stodgy - but NO - the bread is sliced to the perfect width and is nice and light and extremely flavorfu - YUM! - can't wait to try the rolls and other breads in the box...

I love this bread. The loaves all came squished which surprised me, the bottoms have an arc in the middle as if something compressed it in the middle of the loaf...if that makes sense. This make the slices very tiny for sandwiches.

I really love the ingredients in this bread, way cleaner than a lot of other brands. It is pretty expensive for shipping, but if you order in bulk the shipping fee goes away.

I love the mission, the products, and the taste. The shipping is expensive if you are only ordering a few loaves, but the overall product is great and I understand why shipping has to be expensive. I will definitely buy again!
