We use these for French toast. They work well if you toast them thoroughly first, then soak in your egg mix. Eban's is one of those difficult-to-find companies that doesn't use chemicals in their products, which in today's bakery market is almost impossible to find.

I really love the ingredients in this bread, way cleaner than a lot of other brands. It is pretty expensive for shipping, but if you order in bulk the shipping fee goes away.

I love the mission, the products, and the taste. The shipping is expensive if you are only ordering a few loaves, but the overall product is great and I understand why shipping has to be expensive. I will definitely buy again!

We use this for French toast. Toast it up, soak, and cook. Voila! And it is difficult to find bread these days without poisonous seed oils processed in actual refineries.

I've been a Celiac for over 15 years. Tried a ton of really horrible bread. Eban's is some of the best GF bread I've had. Will definitely be my go to bread company.

I have tried all three breads (flaxseed oat bread, nut bread and oat bread) and found them all to be very good. My favorite is the oat bread not to heavy or dense and tasty. Will continue to order from Ebans knowing breads are made with healthy EVO oil.

When you make a purchase from Eban's, not only do they pack your order with good, safe things to eat, they pack it with "love" - it literally comes in a box lined with a temperature-maintaining lining and a cold pack to keep the contents fresh. Have ordered from them many times and only had a problem one time with a box which was damaged (and loaves which were in pieces), but that is the shippers fault, not Ebans. This is one of the truly good gluten free options out there!
