Just before Christmas 2016, I purchased an Iron Shield GX7 1000 system from Easy Water; the salesperson was Bryce Kalen. Bryce provided absolute courtesy throughout the purchase process; he was patient and answered all my question. Unfortunately, I had to change shipping information after the delivery address and delivery date had been placed into the system. Bryce handle the changes for me and the company absorbed the extra shipping cost involved -- as a Christmas present. THANK YOU!

I have not been able to install the system yet since it is going into new construction and I am not on site. Perhaps a follow-up review will be in order....

I love my Easy Water product. I noticed right away that my dishwasher heating coils lost the white cover from my hard water and my dishes were sparkling clean. I also noticed an improvement in my skin from the whole house water unit I added. I stopped itching all over.
I just have one problem. My Reverse Water unit which I also purchased along with the Freije unit is pretty noisy. It rattles when filling. The plumber has been out but we don't know what is causing the rattling.

Product is great, no trouble after 3 months. Installer was great and very knowledgeable. He followed up and he mailed me a mgf operations manual a week after he installed my system and I always appreciate people who keep their word. Only bad thing is I paid for the system and nothing happened. I had to call and email several times to get it installed so that made me question if I was getting ripped off.

Easy water has been very good with notifying us when our filters are ready for replacement and they are very efficient about getting the filters to us on time as promised each year.

Mary and I are very grateful to you Chad for steering us to Easy Water. The water comes to us from the Refrigerator nice and cool and it has a flavor I cannot explain. It is ok but in the bathrooms and at the kitchen sink there is a not so good smell and we cannot distingujsh it. In fact it is not bad but I wish you could advise me how to make it go away. The wonderful thing that it does not come through in the taste.

The system does a great job. We have good water but often it had a sulfur smell and taste. Not after I installed your system.

Very good customer service and a good discount for my second NS2200 unit. A small delivery problem arouse when the unit was shipped Dec 23 vs Dec 27...The new unit arrived 4 days early and did not require a delivery signature as stated by your sales rep. Then a miscommunication on my e-mail address prevented a UPS shipping number from making it to my computer so I had the new unit 4 days early and did not realize it had arrived . I would rate the overall experience as excellent. I will also comment on the cool temperatures of the heat sinks on the sides of the new NS2200 vs the original. Your sales rep informed me the new unit is much more powerful than the original and would handle up to 100 grns/gal.

The product is awesome; however, the customer service telephone number is difficult to find on the web site. You have to leave a message via telephone or email and they will eventually get back to you. When they do, they are helpful.

Great phone service to purchase (made the decision easy on what to install with options along with pro's and con's of each). Good written directions for a person to install themselves. I called prior to installation with one question - and got the answer immediately. The softener is working great.
