John Weber was very knowledgeable about the products, very informative about my application, and very polite. I installed an easywater in our log home in NCali & was impressed how well it worked. Right away we got grit out of our faucets, which told me it was descaling our well water pipes. It only lasted a few days but as time went on our water quality was much better.
Since then we moved to the Midwest and have a 100 yr old house on city water. We installed another easywater system & have been waiting for the results to show. I assumed after a month or more we would experience the same result of 100 years worth of build up in the pipes breaking free and exiting our faucets, (The reason I purchased the system). But so far nothing. I wonder since we installed the easywater on the inlet line before the water sediment filter, if the "interruption" in the water pipe has caused this & if you need a continuous uninterrupted water pipe for the system to clean all the pipes? Or, should I move it to the other side of the filter which would have an uninterrupted line of the entire house water pipes.

We are building a new home and I"ve talked with several "water treatment" companies about their equipment for treating our well water. Loral, at EasyWater was by far, the most knowledgeable and experienced person that I talked to. He didn't try to "sell" me anything, like most of our local water treatment companies did. In fact, the tests that he performed on our water showed that all of the other companies were trying to sell me equipment which I didn't need.

So happy that I found EasyWater and can't wait to get our new system up and running in our new home

After 17 years, I needed to replace the water-softening panel. One phone call and the equipment was in the mail from EasyWater. I was able to replace it myself and, once again, the system is working perfectly. Gotta love EasyWater!!!

I purchased a Toxin Shield Cartridge system a year ago. I called to order my replacement filters and Bryce picked right up. He took my order and the cartridges were delivered a few days later. He gave me some tips on how to change the filters which was very helpful. The process went perfectly at my end. The customer service from Easy Water is fantastic and Bryce is a star.

My sales experience was great, and the Model 1000 seems to work fine although only for 3 days at this point so I can't expect to see a difference in iron deposits on laundry or bath fixtures just yet. Loral tested my water free of charge and suggested a model best suited to our needs. My only disappointment was that the tank was delivered on its side with the carton opened on one end. Fortunately, there was no damage to the tank, but I did need to remove all of the media in order to reseat the center tube/filter assembly and then reinstall all the media which is difficult and time consuming. These really need to be shipped upright or ship the media separately and have the consumer install it. After some research, I found Shark Bite hoses designed to make connecting water softeners and iron filters much easier and ordered these from Home Depot. They made my installation much easier and faster. We are looking forward to less iron staining our laundry as well as bathroom fixtures.

The hook up was straight forward and easy. I had a long wait before installing due to the wildfire destruction of my well's equipment and later discovery of the cisterns damage by the heat that formed many cracks that were not noticed until the tank was full, needing to have the system/shed removed and a new tank placed. Once installed it's sad to say the easy water device has not cleared up my hard water issues and it's been operating for months now.

After trying a few other cartridge filtration systems, I knew I needed something better. Hard water and scale build up was destroying the fixtures in my home. Faucet sprayers were sticking, shower heads were clogging, irrigation valves were sticking and ring around the toilet was a issue. After installing the No Salt Conditioner and GX7 IronShield with Toxin Guard, those issues went away within days. More importantly is the water has been great for my skin. My skin is softer and less dry. It was a game changer for my family.

The representative did an outstanding job explaining the machine. I purchased it on 10/27 2020.
It has worked flawless.
Very pleased.
I replaced a Water King softener that I had payed $1900.00 7 yrs before, Now no rock salt to mess with.
The Water King was a very good machine. just the rock salt was a pain.

Unit originally shipped with wrong part installed. Customer service recognized problem right away and had part shipped quickly. All appears to be working as advertised. Flush cycle is louder than anticipated but scheduling to occur during day alleviates any annoyance.

Great not to have to gather salt anymore, but calcium residue often is thick remnant after boiling water and "calcium stains" all surfaces water comes in contact.
