I purchased 3 drivers a few days ago but still do not have them downloaded. I have never ben able to get anyone on the phone, do these people not at least have a sec, that could take calls ? I believe this company is operating on a shoe string,, and no I will nev er do business again with this co. Mildred powers-kelewae.

the product hasn't worked. I bought it, registered it and ran a scan - it didn't fix the 8 missing drivers and I still cannot see my external disc drive that is plugged in.
I have sent a help request and depending on how that goes and if the product eventually works, I would consider changing my ratings.

Overall I'm mostly satisfied. My biggest gripe is u expect me to do a lot of the changes and I'm not too swift with the computer language. It has, basically, worked out, although I'm quite sure there will be other problems.
