I was waiting for the towels that I ordered and it seemed a really long time when I got an email for a review and I couldn't figure out how to contact the company to find out about tracking on my order, Mike got in touch with me and mentioned that the delivery service was probably slow, he was very concerned that I hadn't gotten the towels that I ordered. I was Impressed by his response and concern. The very next day I got my order and I absolutely love these towels it was well worth the wait I will order from this company for many years to come!

I like the towels enough, however the white towels do not stay white. As they are bathroom towels, it makes sense for mascara or self-tanner to get on them and no matter how much you wash them, they will never be white again. Kind of frustrating to pay so much for towels that are no splotchy and do not look good displayed in my bathroom. After a few tries washing according to the tag, I even tried bleaching them and the stains still will not come out. I would think twice before buying the white towels unless you are 100% sure nothing of color will ever touch them.
