The videos are easy to follow. There are hidden fees...you have to pay $25 for the instant download or wait 7-10 days for the certificate to be mailed for free. There was a glitch downloading my driving record, a pop up message said a team is working on it and it will be emailed to me Mon-Fri. When you download the certificate it says it must be printed in black and white on 8.5 x 11 letter paper... so why not just make the certificate black and white, the one you download has color on it and it isn't a full sheet a paper for the court copy it has the court copy and insurance copy on 1 sheet so that confused me if the court wants just it's copy on 1 sheet?

As part of the registration process, you require payment immediately. I find this wrong. You should request payment at the end of the course and before a certificate can be issued.
