Shopping experience was good except the final payment stage, where it took approx 60-90 seconds for the submission to process. I did think it had timed out the first time and very nearly refreshed the page.
After receiving the coving, 3 were slightly damaged. I suspect the damage was caused in transit, because the dent in the coving match up with a dent/crease in the delivery box. A lot filler fix then, and wasn't enough to delay decorating for replacements. I have photos of the damaged items if you'd like them. ?
