EASY TO ORDER AND GREAT SELECTION

Made a further order due to quality of product already purchased. only problem being that the delivery driver had been given the wrong address, had he not delivered to us on previous occasions he would not have been able to deliver.

For some reason first purchase attempt failed with PayPal, so I am concerned I'm going to get charged twice. Also a product listed that I would have bought is discontinued. I have not fully checked the goods yet as we are away.

Thank you for leaving a review, sorry for the product being discontinued but would be good to know which product it was? as for the Paypal not working that is very odd? our payment system gives you the option to use all major credit or debit cards and Paypal however we have had other customers also use the paypal option on the same day as you did with no problems whatsoever, but we do apologise if you had some glitch and also you was not charged twice as we have checked the Paypal transaction, and we see that you did eventually make the transaction successfully using Paypal which we thank you for.

Slight issue on sample, wrong one initially sent. Although the CX126 isn’t exactly the same as our current coving we want to try to get it to fit (height and depth slightly too large but hope to be able to trim down).

Loved the product it was really easy to put up. If I can suggest one slight improvement to the delivery process then it's that it would of helped if I'd had notification of a delivery day. I would of arranged to be at home and save the driver some time.
