My Costa Rica planned the most amazing vacation for us. Everything flowed seamlessly and was catered to our requests. There was an amazing amount of variety in our trip, from cities, to beaches, to mountains. The hotels we stayed in were clean, comfortable, and offered free breakfast which was a nice amenity. We were picked up and dropped off for each of our planned activities that My Costa Rica planned for us. We loved our trip and can't wait to use My Costa Rica to visit the country again!

We have spent (and March - early April) a 12-day holiday in Costa Rica, planned and booked with the support of My Costa Rica travel agency. They were very respondent to our wishes, the contact was quick, suggestions made were excellent, the process was smooth at all stages. Once in Costa Rica, everything was rolling as on wheels, the agency was checking on us and offering support on a regular basis. The WhatsApp contact was in real time (immediate) and we felt reassured to know they were available if need be. We can only recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Costa Rica. Our thanks and gratitude to the whole team (Jason, Lorena, Kathleen were our main contacts) and also to all those (drivers, guides, hotel staff, etc., etc.) who made our holidays memorable! My Costa Rica did an amazing job helping us to organize this amazing vacation of a lifetime. Everything was so well organized and prompt. The hotels were outstanding. The excursions were incredible. From the moment we stepped off the plane to the moment we were dropped back at the airport for departure, we were always well taken care of. Anytime we had a question, a quick response was given to us via 'What's App' with the employees at 'My Costa Rica'. Absolutely fabulous experience in a wonderful country. All of our needs were met and exceeded in every area of our experience. The key element of this 5 star review was the consistent communication on the part of all My Costa Rica!

It was an unforgettable experience. Beautiful animals and landscape! Saw a great deal of unique wildlife and plenty of pictures to remember it.
We really enjoyed the arenal volcano hike and manual antonio beach days. The national parks in both areas were also beautiful. Hanging bridges was really cool too. The baldi hot springs were awesome and a fun place that i highly recommend. Si comi no hotel was also was very beautiful, great views of the ocean and had tasty food options. Great wildlife presence near each place.

My Costa Rica planned the perfect family vacation. The staff listened to our requests as we developed our itinerary. The accommodations were wonderful, and the trip was well-coordinated and went very smoothly. I was impressed that staff responded within just a few minutes when I sent texts with questions during our trip. Thank you for making it so easy to travel to Costa Rica, it took much of the stress out of traveling so that we could just enjoy the beautiful country.

My wife and I had an amazing time in Costa Rica. You and your team did an amazing job setting up our itinerary - from listening to our preferences all the way to execution, everything was amazing.

Both resorts were great though we felt Secrets Papagayo was outstanding. Being 'preferred' guests was a really great bonus. The lounge they had for us was great and we felt really catered to. We were grateful to have a room right next to the main area as we felt having one farther away may have added a little more of a lag time since it was clear a lot of rooms needed a shuttle.

The food at all the restaurants in Secrets was amazing as well. We enjoyed everything about the resort.

We added a jet-ski tour which turned out to be a really nice experience.

Tabacón was a great stay though we definitely missed the all-inclusive part as the restaurants and services felt a little overpriced.
Other than that, we enjoyed the hot springs and the close proximity to La fortuna. We enjoyed walking around town and trying the local cuisine. I would say if we ever go back to that area, we would go for a more economical hotel and explore the area more.

Another thing that stood out was how punctual everyone was. All of our transportation arrived right on time and was very courteous.

We really enjoyed both scheduled excursions but our favorite activity was the boat tour. We were pleasantly surprised that lunch was at a local ranch and the food was amazing. The pottery demonstration was also a nice bonus. Our tour guide was amazing and made sure I got all the photos I wanted to since he saw I had my camera.

We are 100% satisfied we decided to go to Costa Rica and that we used MyCostaRica to book our travel. I have already recommended you to the rest of my family in hopes they travel there soon.

Our travel experience was wonderful. Our drivers were excellent. The vehicles were top notch. They both made sure we were comfortable with the front desk upon arrival @ our hotel & resort b4 leaving.
Our lodging was over the top. Perfect for our needs-actually, way more than we expected.
Our adventure activities were all well coordinated & suited for us. Photos for all experiences were very reasonably priced & the quality of the photos were excellent. This travel co.took care of us very well!

My Costa Rica helped curate an amazing itinerary for my family's first trip out of the country. As I am usually a solo traveler, this was out of my expertise. I turned to them for help and they did not disappoint.

It was absolutely amazing and everyone in my family had a memorable trip, especially since it was their first time out of the country. Costa Rica was more than I could have ever imagined.

Honestly, my favorite part about visiting was the people. Everyone was so happy to help, share their expertise, guide tourists, share their insights on their local living and exert such happiness. I had a lovely time spending hours with different tour guides, drivers during our long transfers, and everyone else I had the opportunity to share a moment with.

My favorite hotel was San Bada in Manuel Antonio. Not only were the rooms beautiful, but the location outside the park and a short distance from the beach was perfect! We did really enjoy Montana de Fuego as well... especially the mineral pools.

Lastly, I think we all agreed our favorite was the ziplining with Sky Adventures! Again, everyone who worked there was so excited to be guiding us. It was exhilarating and beautiful at the same time.

They did a great job working with me to plan this trip, and I am grateful I chose My Costa Rica as my first travel agency. They chose activities and locations that fit all our needs with constant communication throughout the entire process and during the trip!

My boyfriend and I used My Costa Rica to plan our vacation and the booking experience was amazing! Jason was extremely knowledgable about the various places, excursions, and hotels. He was extremely accommodating to our changes and was a pleasure to work with! He arranged pickup from Tamarindo from a different trip, daily excursions and hotels at Arsenal National Park and Manual Antonio National Park, and transportation to the San Jose airport. He never tried to make us spend more money than we were comfortable with and I truly appreciate it. Jason was very responsive and patient answering all of our questions. We also got emails on tips,tricks, and suggestions throughout the planning which will make outlets trip that much better! The payment process was handled by Lorena and was extremely painless as well. Overall I would highly highly recommend using My Costa Rica and taking advantage of their expertise!

My Costa Rica was so wonderful. I would definitely work with them again. Their communication before, during, and even after the trip has been great. It was an awesome vacation. Very well planned, starting from airport pick up all the way to drop off. Transfers from the hotels to activities and back were always on time. Kids loved the zipline tour and jungle walk. Tamarindo beach was great! Highly recommend Costa Rica.org for travel planning.

Everything that you arranged went perfect and the Drivers were always on time and drove safely through the mountains.

The hotels were great and loved the Ziplining.

We also did a horse back ride to a water fall by the Volcano and deep sea fishing on the Pacific. The horseback ride guide was awesome and waterfall/swimming was great, but be ready for an agressive hike back up the the horses.
