I received my sipment and followed instruction for treating. I must admit I strayed in excess as the mix ran into the gutters. I waited more than 30 plus minutes before hosing off. The shingles were still wet when I started hosing. I was not able to get closer than a few feet to the shingles with the noses on 'jet' setting.
The heavier areas did not come clean and the areas that were not as dark were not completely clean. I plan to retreat hoping for better results. Any suggestions for a second treating.?

The Side OX works best by gently brushing with a soft bristle brush after letting it soak. The brush that I use was designed to wash cars. The MoldSTAT does an outstanding job of keeping green and black algae from growing back on asphalt shingles. I know it's time to reapply MoldSTAT when I notice a slight tinge of green algae on the north side of the back dormer of my house. This slight tinge of green algae disappears after a couple of days.
