Sprinkler needs a special key to adjust. No mention on initial purchase of “needed key not included”.. so to get the key needed to use the sprinkler needed to make an additional purchase + shipping

Hey Michael! Thanks for the feedback! We do our best to include a key (for free) in orders of 10+ rotors. Rotors are typically sold in cases of 20 with 2 keys included inside. We have those 2 keys per 20 rotors to give for free with orders. Unfortunately, for orders like yours, with 1 rotor we cannot supply a key for free. We have extras around we can sell but if we gave each single rotor order a key we would run out of keys very quickly. I hope you understand. I do see we sent you a key for $5 shipping included. That is the best we can do. It's our actual cost.
