I just spent $500 in fees and don't want to be asked for donations of get marketed to for at least three different ways to spend more money. Very annoying. Leaves a bad taste at end of otherwise OK transaction - high fees the big issue.

Our tickets were delivered on time and our seats were fantastic. My only complaint is the hidden fees-very costly and the way they just show up at checkout without any itemization makes for a poor and shocking customer experience. I was charged about $200 more than I was expecting, and that's a lot! I think you should be up front and honest about the out-the-door price when customers are shopping for the tickets.
