So far so good I love the layout of your website, especially the descriptions of the caviare. I found it very easy to navigate via my phone. Also, really loved the free shipping and the discount code! This is my first time having caviar delivered, and it was by far the easiest website to navigate in Canada.

We received the order later than expected since I didn't realize the deliveries were made starting Mondays thru Wednesdays.
The delivery person dropped the package on the porch and since he did not ring the bell, I realized it had been delivered 5 hours after it had been dropped. Considering it was 32 degrees outside, the icepack was completely melted. Or maybe send a text to notify it has been delivered?
Nice company but communication needs to be improved.

I found it hard to believe that the caviar would stay very cold all the way to Halifax, NS and then to me in LaHave, NS B0R1C0.
When I opened the package the ice was still hard and cold.
