The bottle I received had no indication of pain relief nor did it react when tested on the top of my hand. Since there was no seal on the contents I believe the contents was tampered with. The bottle of ethyl chloride was totally worthless.

I was shipped the wrong size of chair. Shipping time was fine. The chair seems ok. The correct model, just wrong size. I verified my order was correct. The problem is with Cascade Healthcare Solutions. If you read other reviews sending the wrong item seems to be what they do.

I got the wrong item sent to me. I sent an email telling them this and they said they were out of stock and sent some similar to the Sysco. They aren’t anything like them. Very disappointed.

I ordered the wrong size stockings, thinking "long" was thigh high. When I received them I asked for a refund and ordered the correct pair "Thigh high" that my husband needed. They got the correct item to us quickly and did not ask us to return the first order but did gave us a refund. I want to thank the company. Surgery itself that my husband went through was stressful enough without going through more stress because I ordered the wrong stockings. They made the process easy.
