I haven't used it yet but it appears very well made & was very easy to put together. On the fold & lock tag, it mentioned twice a manual. There was no manual in the box or will the rolling walker.

I thought the handles would come higher on this product but they don't. Also the wheels are not appropriate for outside the home, if you are planning that.

It was ok, but the walker is not as intended, has a broken part, and I have no idea how to return it, and walkers are not easy to return. I also need a receipt for this product and that did not come with the walker and I can't find an email with the receipt - just something leading to this review page. The walker came way after the request for a review was sent. The customer service person was very nice but clearly did not understand that this walker is not comparable to the guardian walkers I have purchased in the past.
