Kevin L. was super helpful! He took the time to listen to our situation before recommending products. He followed up promptly when there was a little glitch in our order. I live on the east coast and I was worried about how long my items would take to arrive - I shouldn't have worried because they were super prompt. I would definitely order from Cascade again!

I needed a transport chair that could elevate my leg since my one leg can't bend at the knee. This was the only chair I could find that met my needs. It was originally on backorder and I expected it in about three weeks. I got an email it was shipped and had it six days from the date of my order. It is working perfectly and allows me to get lifted out of bed into the wheelchair and into the van we purchased so I could get around.

I found the perfect chair with elevating legs since my left knee will not bend. I expected the chair in about three weeks since it was backordered, but I received it six days after my order date. I am thrilled with the chair and the service.
