The product I originally ordered was discontinued. The gentleman (Kevin Lambing) who assisted me to check on the item I had ordered was very helpful. I initially called and he said he would need to check into it and would get back to me via email. He was true to his word and found another product that I could purchase in place of the phone that was discontinued. I haven't put the phone into service yet so no feedback on the product itself. Exceptional customer service though!
