I called customer service and advise him that the wheelchair was delivered in a smashed box, partially open. All the small screws etc were loose in the bottom of the box. So I dont know what's missing and if there is an assembly. Plus I was unable to open the wheelchair once I took out of the box.

So far my overall experience has been terrible. I explained my issue to the customer rep and he was very apologetic. And assured me that this would be made right. Plus I found it very difficult to open the wheelchair. It is for a senior and neither she nor I have the strength.
