The wrong lettering was sent. Currently awaiting a reply from CustSvce. The lettering in the order receipt email does not match the lettering in the order shipped email, which matches the lettering in the product. It is however not what was ordered. What's the point of having custom lettering if the system is just going to invent their own lettering.

Be extra careful before purchasing. I wrote the old council name and then had to make another purchase with the correct council name
