Flax oil is an omega 3 unsaturated oil which makes it sensitive to heat, light and oxygen. The Carrington claim that this product is good at high heat is misinformation. I purchased it because it is cheap and good to season cast iron pans. The reason it is good, is because at high heat it turns into a polymer, which makes the cast iron pans almost as good as teflon. So yes, I take issue with any company printing false claims, and there is no way flax oil at high heat is good for you. No way.

1st, you want MY comment good or bad. Any item must be delivered at the persons '''porch or front door''', and never under any USPS mailbox 3/4 of a mile from that porch or front door, where you '''the customer''' can not see it there from your home. I APPROVE your products, but not left where I may not be able to SEE it or to RECEIVE it, unless it is small enough to go into a USPS mailbox. FED EX needs '''RAT''' Rules Adjustments Training. Every customer needs to know this & what CAN happen.

I try so many brands of coconut oil and by far Carrington is the best in taste and texture I take two tbs a day one a morning one at night and is easy to swallow it helps me with my digestive problems and my bowel movements I recommend this coconut oil

Milled Flax and Chia seeds are a healthy addition to my breakfast. The individual packets ensure that they are fresh tasting. I’ve been using this product for over five years. I like the convenience of ordering online as I can’t find this product in my local stores. I’ve tried other brands and they have an off taste soon after the bag is open.
