This product it's healthy, and beneficial to regulate you. One tea spoon is enough, two spoons it's an overdose.

Works well on cereal will see how much my cholesterol drops in a few months. Wish shipping did not increase price almost 100%.

Seems very good. Different from the golden flax I had been using - no longer available. Texture is more coarse and appears to have a bran type 'hull' fragments interspersed with the 'kernel' portion. The former flax was milled, not cut, like this product. Nonetheless, is not gassy, but very digestible. I add to dry cereal mixed with fruit, then microwave briefly to warm it up (strange perhaps, but good). My wife adds it to yogurt, swirls it in. Didn't give it 5 stars as I don't know what best would be. keep it reasonably priced and I'll remain a customer. Should consider free shipping for larger orders.

Great product however I wish that the company would offer free shipping or a discount of some kind especially for orders of multiples and repeat custommers. Thanks for great service

Keeps seemingly forever after opening (in the refrigerator). Has a good flavor. We use it mixed in oatmeal.

I have tried other flaxseed brands and none compare to the fresh taste of your flaxseed its the best.

I have been eating your organic Flax Seeds for several years and never get tired of them. I start my day with two tablespoons of your organic milled flax seeds mixed with fresh fruit and yogurt. It keeps me regular and makes me feel good.
