They never sent the product. Accepted payment without telling me the product on backorder. I have requested a refund but it has not been processed. Since they only use checking accounts there is no recourse of a credit card company.

I wasn't able to find this particular product in the US for a decent price but this pharmacy had it for much less than anyone else. I didn't get exactly what I expected though. It was supposed to have a dosage count on it but that was not included.

Overall, it was a painless experience although it did that awhile to get the prescription information completed since this was a prescription for my cat and I had to involve my veterinarian.

Excellent. Just came from my local pharmacy and the sticker shock was near fatal. My wife found you guys and, so far, this is great. I'm getting my medications at roughly 25-30% of the cost I would otherwise pay. My only gripe is that the eyedrops take two weeks to arrive (coming from Europe) and there are no temperature controls (e.g., insulation, cold packs) used to ensure they don't break down.

There are extra things that must be done on my end to get the proper prescription sent. Not a fault of Canada Pharmacy. Once I learned what needed to be done. Things went smoothly. It was however extra difficulty in paying for the medication. It would be so much easier if you would accept credit cards for payment.

So this medication would have cost me over $1800.00 if purchasing in USA because USA doesn't offer a generic, I was able to purchase from Canada for less than $200.00(generic) 90 Day see supply. I will for sure be using this pharmacy again. The staff were very helpful when trying to get my order in. It did take about 25 days for my Rx to arrive but to save this much that's aok with me.

This product in the U.S. is over $700, so this is an amazingly good deal here! It is a tan colored ointment where what I’ve been using is white. But it seems to be just as effective. I’m SO glad I found this option! It’s the only thing that really gets rid of my cold sores fast.
