I have had several experiences where you lose my faxed-in prescriptions -- over and over again. I suggest you examine the procedures regarding these faxes - you have a problem in handling them.

The only part of the process that was annoying was that our Doctor faxed the Prescription for the medication needed 3 different times, yet we kept being told that it was not received. This was frustrating for myself and the Doctor, and the Doctors staff members. Other than that, we could not have afforded to buy this product for our daughter at the cost of over $500 a tube as multiple tubes may also be needed. I am so very grateful for this service!

I wish the medicine could be shipped from Canada not Germany. It takes a long time to receive it from Germany and I have to get samples from the doctor when I run out and the package from Germany hasn't come.
