it took several weeks to get the medication i needed. the process seems clunky. and then I didnt know that needles were not included or offered by the pharmacy as theyve been included with purchases from other pharmacies.

After waiting almost 30 days from the time I ordered until the time I received the shipment it finally arrived. Despite my communicated concerns about the shipping method given the medicine I ordered I was assured that it would arrive with ice packs. Well, it arrived with once packs that were melted. I am quite sure that the "cloudy" condition of the medicine indicates that had exceeded it's temperature sensitivity threshold. The wonky box and 2 small ice packs were in no way going to keep this medication cold. I'm waiting for the meds to be tested for effectivity. If they fail the quality test I'm out $500. I also learned that this outfit isn't a pharmacy but rather a broker. Their customer service is attentive but scripted. If you're going to use this outfit make sure you aren't ordering demo sensitive meds as they are ill equipped to ship with freshness guarantees.

Customer service was good but the responses were scripted and vague. Specific info was hard to clarify. Lots of finger pointing between. I paid for front of the line service but got back of the line responses.

This was sooo much cheaper than buying in the US. They do need to use a better cold pack system.

My only issue was the cold pack. The meds were above room temperature for several days and the cold packs were inadequate.

It took 19 days over all to get the product. Most of that was waiting for the company to ship it, even after I paid the rush fee. It took 14 days to process with a rush. That's a long time

When it arrived it was hot, the ice packs were hot as well. They left it in my mailbox instead of shipping it directly to my door. It definitely must have been in the heat for days before it arrived
