took us over 6 weeks to receive the product only to have the physician discontinue the medication before we even received it and your customer service would not allow us to cancel the order

it took us over 6 weeks to receive the order and, in the meantime, one of my physician's discontinued this med before i even started it so i tried to cancel the order with your customer service dept and was told i had to wait until i received it and then call the shipping dept to find out if i will be able to return it for a full refund!

I have been using Canada Pharmacy for several years. Have always had great service and no issues with the order/delivery process. Wish they would take credit card for payment. They discontinued taking credit cards a few years ago. Now have to supply bank account info for payment.
