It's not clear to me if the "rush" fee did anything. Further, I was initially told that I would pay upon receiving shipment confirmation and tracking (never received such, but I did receive the meds!), and got frequent calls + emails asking me to pay.

Good price but should have a meter that shows number of uses when being used so you know how many inhales you have left. The US version has this feature.
