Ordering, sending in the rx and the time of receiving was great. I wish the inhaler had a counter on it so I can figure out how many doses are left. Hard to keep track when the dose fluctuates.

The prices are great. My only complaint is that the website allows you to choose a larger quantity that is cheaper, only to find out many days later that you cannot purchase that much. This causes a week or so delay because they try to call and email you about your order. You cannot just reply to the email (the message clearly says you can) to confirm the change to your order. You have to call them. This needs to be corrected on their website.

I have an asthmatic cat who needs this medication. It was costing $275 at the pharmacy here. My vet tech told me to get in touch with Canada and I'm glad I did. Even though it was during COVID times and the meds had to come from New Zealand, they came quickly and cost $50.

With the exception of a week-long stay in YS Customs I am happy with the purchase & shipping. I wish I could have used the bundle pack of 3 canisters to avoid future shipping but my cat is doing well now that he is getting medication.

I purchased the same medication for a different cat during COVID in 2020 and this time the shipping was much quicker. I would have liked to get 2-3 canisters in a shipment (not allowed due to dosage restrictions) but I will reorder early.
