It's a bit complicated but if a person reads through all of the instructions and follows them, the ordering process is pretty painless, and it's totally worth the little extra steps to save money on medication that we need so badly here and could not otherwise afford. I think that this site does a great job of telling you what you need to do and when and I really appreciate it being possible to get meds that my cat needs.
