My initial experience was great. I ordered & paid for the 3-pack of inhalers for my dog Baxter...$240ish. His vet sent CDD a script but it was for fewer dosages that the 3 pack offered. CDD advised that they could only ship me 2 inhalers & I would receive a credit for the difference between the 3-pack & the 2 inhalers I received. I have yet to receive that refund. I thought I would wait a billing cycle to see if a refund was issued ... but it has not ... so I will be reaching out to CDD to find out why no refund or adjustment has been issued.
