Fast friendly service. Need some work on website. When paying with ACH coupons won't apply so the ACH goes through bank for full amount without coupon credit. Have to call them or send check to apply coupon.

Last contact with customer service wanted me to look up invoice problems and send to them. I refused and told then to look up themselves on computer that I shouldn't have to be doing their work because of CDD website screw up.

Do to the Covid, out mail is slow to non-existent, that and because you do not take credit cards means we are late in getting out payment to you. Our insurance will not send our payment to Canada, so we have them send it to us to forward to you. Very sorry for the delay. I only wish the insurance and post office worked as well as Canada Drugs Direct. Thank you for your understanding.
