I needed this item for a personal project, not the intended purpose as a passport cutter. I guess it's an unusual size so I had a customer representative send me a message to confirm my order. I really appreciated that, and they were really nice!! The item came faster than expected and with a little extra in the box. Very considerate of them. I'll be buying from CFSBinds again.

If you need the "chat" icon you will be speaking to a live human being! I was still unable to put in my payment account and had to do it over the phone. I was given a reduction in shipping fee just for the inconvenience. Nobody does that! I hope I can find other things to order just to support this small business.
