Good quality, good service. I ordered a phone that said it was in stock but later found out it wasn't, so the support team helped me change my order to he same phone but with less storage and refunded me the money.

Phone was recieved in brand new quality with no issues at all. All phone specifications match item description.

I would definitely recommend this website, the wait times are quite long as they have to contact the warehouse in Hong Kong and then send the phone over, so if you don't mind waiting for a good quality product with a cheaper price tag, then this is the website for you, otherwise just go buy one close to you for a few hundred more.

Itme I bought was in stock here as well as other places, but as it was cheaper here I opted to purchase from buymobile.com.au. 2 weeks after ordering I hadn't received any updates so I contacted their customer support via email and was advised.

'There is a delay from the manufacturer's delivery to our warehouse and our warehouse is doing their best to have your parcel dispatched as soon as possible'. When asked they advised they couldn't guarantee delivery by Christmas.

This is despite the item shoing as being in stock online. The only reason this isnt' a 1 star review was they issued a refund right away when requested. However, as it had been 2 weeks no where else had the specific item in stock anymore.

Word of warning, do not trust an item is in stock if buymobile.com.au says it is. Pay slightly more with another retailer to ensure you actually get the item. They will refund you no questions asked, but you may not get your item.

Great prices on genuine Gshocks, will Definitely buy more in the future.

im so happy to buy online with installment , its my first time using zip pay, I normally use Paypal but it over 2k so I couldn't use it. and now is simple, just choose 6,12 months. But when I waiting my phone the shipment was a bit complicated, the driver didn't even try to find my house, so I need to wait another 2 days to pick up myself. Which Im not happy about. But the phone I received was fine. Enjoyed.
