I had funding questions.....after reading over some of the specifics of the solo 401K......I now have question re: funding the trust account at the bank.......I'm still wating for a call back or contact regarding this from Jay or Eva. I'm sure once I get those questions answered, my rating will be a 4 or 5 star.

Everyone has been very responsive and helpful thus far. Definitely a tier above the other companies I spoke with.

Our experience with Broad Financial has been outstanding. Questions were answered promptly and guidance was excellent. I would work with Broad Financial again without hesitation.

My inquiries are always directed to the website for references. Instructions are not so clear; so I guess what I mistakingly did was an indirect rollover vs a direct rollover. I am still not so confident that I do not need to file a form with the IRS within 60 days of distribution. I feel it was not clear enough to have my funds made out to my trust name; thus I need to deposit the funds in my personal account and then transfer to the trust account; I am hoping that this will not be a mess with the IRS. I wish I would have gotten right; I would have much preferred the direct so not to confuse the IRS; God knows how confused they already are.

So far everything has been exactly as it was explained to me over the phone in my initial conversation.

I am not too please with the service.

Everything wen very smoothly and all my questions have been answered quickly. I have my checking account opened and have put an offer on a condo that has been accepted. Wrote the first check yesterday to pay for the inspection.

In general, people are apprehensive about companies and services that are not "bricks & mortar" in their neighborhood where they can physically check them out. I have just moved my self directed IRA to Broad Financial and Madison Trust. My LLC has been established and as soon as my cash arrives I will open a checking account and put the money to work. So far, step by step, the people at Broad and Madison have been very helpful.
