It stop working how do I reset it?

To power it on, hold down the power button for around 3 seconds. You’ll see a light reaction. To power off the device, the power button needs to be pressed twice rapidly and held down on the 2nd press, until the red indicator light turns on. Can’t get ahold of anyone when something isn’t right, usually isn’t by the way, then trying to to activate is a pain if you ever can actually get it activated and not to mention they surprise you with a monthly charge.

I am really disappointed with the function of this tracker. Why make a tracker that only has 3 day battery life is beyond me. My car sits at home all day according to this thing. It never tracks me no matter where I go. It doesn't even show my show car in the shop it shows it at the neighbor's house instead. Way to go Brickhouse. I called to get a refund but all I was hit with a salesman that just wanted to upgrade to a more expensive item. I will not be purchasing any further items from this company. Shame to I have 6 work vehicles

Sometimes the Nano does not connect to the GPS network. A complete uninstall and reinstall of the software for Windows 10 finally resolved

Battery discharges within 4 days of use. Poorly deigned Phone App. This GPS practically useless indoor, even though it should use cell phone network. I own two other GPSs, which are older. They are much better in all three categories that I just outlined.

Great product and as advertised. The battery life may or may not be as much as advertised but is most sufficient for my application. Lots of complaints in other reviews about battery life that I don't understand for the most part. I use my tracker for a kayak that I keep on a trailer and like using the Nano when traveling and with the kayak sitting on a trailer and the concern of being stolen. I charge my Nano frequently because it is possible and I want the most charge if the tracking need ever arises. I look forward to the iPhone and iPad apps being more capable and that is my only dissatisfaction. This unit is also small and that might be the compromise in a shorter battery life. There are a couple of variables that enter into the amount of battery being used, this battery is most sufficient for me. I get instant text messages and e-mails when my geofence is violated with an exit, very reliable. The phone support I got to help with the instructions and "how to" was much better during the week for some reason than when I made a call or two on a weekend. The development of a geofence was quite easy.

Buying through Amazon complicated the start up activation for a couple days, but over all I receive all the information advertised. Depending on plan and how many times the device is pinged for location or breadcrumbs, the battery will NEVER last me two weeks, but I can get a good 5 days in row with frequent information. Finally I have some peace of mind. Thank you Brickhouse, you saved my sanity!

Spark Nano 5.0 is a great product I was told not to use it under the seat but I did and it works fantastic it's been 13 days and still working great love this product purchase it and May 2017 thank you so much great product

Easy to use. Purchased the magnetic weatherproof case. Put unit in the engine compartment. Was concerned that the sheet metal would block the signal. But it worked fine. There is a slight delay in the "real time" mode but its minimal. Wish I had this years ago when my daughter was a teenager driver. Could have prevented a lot of gray hair. I highly recommend this product.

GPS is easy to conceal, a bit larger than older models. Very accurate. The tracking app definitely sucks- doesn't automatically zoom in when locating, times aren't seen during breadcrumb trail and my flap across the battery is broken after one full use and charge. 5.0 doesn't have an extended battery pack available to purchase must buy the EON.

Purchased the nano 5 because I walk my dog off leash in fields and woods so if she should roam I want to locate her. It works well but the battery charger has to be inserted in the exact correct position for it to charge.

Best ever. In eight days proved what I could not in eight weeks, my wife was cheating. Watched her turn by turn on her way to a seedy motel while she was on the phone telling me she was going to dinner with her friend. She nearly crapped herself when I showed up knocking on the door. 4.0 and now 5.0 is the way to go.

I bought this device and waterproof case almost a month ago. I practiced with it to become familiar with the features and battery life in real use. Deployed it this week and got results in 2 days! Battery life estimates are based upon 1 hour of driving per day, 4-6 days more likely in real life use. Pinpoint accuracy, some of the features are not yet available by phone to set up, such as geo-fence. Rapid fire setting to 30 second notifications are not available yet. I like it a lot and just bought a EON 2.0 for the longer term jobs. These devices pay for themselves in one deployment.

Does what it's supposed to...tracks and reports, but the battery seems to go out faster than the Spark Nano 4 that I used 2 years ago. I don't care for the reports you get at the end of the day if you pull up the breadcrumbs...which give you the time traveled from the start of the day, instead of the time the vehicle stopped at each location.
