Impressed with the tracking but could use more options in tracking like being able to change the tracking interval by the customer and have a map instead of satellite picture. The phone app is nice but it's limited on what can be displayed. It would be nice to be able to set defaults when the app starts up. The calendar (tracked dates) always has to be changed to current day. More options and user driven default parameters would be nice.

I like how it works for the most part but the battery does not last at all. The battery last about 5 to 6 hrs drive time. NOT HAPPY

I liked my old nano better it would actually update when you get watched , the one I have now you have to keep refreshing it to see where it is. Also I had the extra battery back for the old which is no longer available so it means you have to charge it more

Works very well. It does work on the inside trunk of my car. Might have something to do with being by the tire jack though. The updates can be slow at times but works good. I would like to see the breadcrumbs pop up only for that day not for the whole month. It can be easily fixed by going in and setting the dates but you have to set the dates every time you check it. Also the time it sets idle at one spot is not accurate. All in all. I would buy another one if needed. It gets the job done. Battery life is about a week but cold weather can cut a few days off of that.

The tracker never worked, I paid $20+ for months. A guy called me one day, the tracker was not charged, he told me he would call me the next day, to get the tracker working or replace it and discount the monthly amount. He never called. Not a happy customer.

Works as advertised and company has been good to work with as questions came up. The only drawback is that sometimes when the unit gets low on a battery charge (a little % power), it will just stop transmitting. I thought it would keep tracking until it got close to 0% power, so now I try to charge it when it's at about 25%. Also the magnetic case is not waterproof, but the unit works ok most of the time when it gets wet.

This tracker does not hold true to current time. It is off by appx. 10 minutes. It does not maintain prior days history and in most instances, it does not give accurate address. My car is parked in "my" driveway and it registers two (2) houses down.

Did exactly what it said it would, great accuracy, it would even alert me when zones I selected were entered! Very compact and with weather proof magnetic box, kept it safe and dry. Held a charge for up to 3 days. The phone app is a bit glitchy but works none the less! If you are in search of a discreet, affordable, gps then you need this. Exceeded my expectations.

I never had used one of these before, and I was literally lost trying to decide where to get one from. But once I found ur website it was clear that u guys are the best. We received this product and attempted to charge it. It won't hold a charge and the charger does not fit properly into the device. I was just informed that although the product is DEFECTIVE Brickhouse will not refund our money but instead send us another device. Not acceptable!

The unit will take some time to get use to for the first time uses but you will learn it. Its basic features are what makes it nice; it's simple. One big problem I have and continue to have is the battery draining. I have the on-demand service and ping the unit about 30 times a day at most. I couldn't imagine what would happen if I had the 2 min. service. At best, I can get 3 days out of it before need to retrieving the unit and charging it. This is downtime I do not like. I have called about my problem several times and so far, they say it's over reporting and sent some updates. It doesn't seem to be getting fixed. The battery will drain from 50%-20% over night just sitting in the garage and not reporting.

Battery life is horrible. With an hour and 15 minutes of driving on the lowest frequency interval the battery still only lasts about 5 days. And the battery never achieved greater than 85% full even after charging more than 3 days straight!
