We purchase the SD cards with the Tilt Hidden Cameras that we order from BrickHouse Security, so they work with no problems. The cards can be bought elsewhere for a lower price, but out of convenience and fast free shipping we get the cards and cameras together.

This was easy to set up, even with my older model tv. The camera works really well, although the view seems a bit narrower than 90 degrees. The phone app was also easy to download, but it is sometimes tricky to work right. I don't get all the motion alerts I should, and the video seems to skip within the recording window. There should be more instructions available on the micro SD card - I assume that I can just pop it out to download the videos onto my computer for long-term storage. There's nothing on the player or the app to "safely remove the card" like a computer has. Once I insert it again, it takes a bit before it recognizes the card and starts to record again.

Kellie was amazingly helpful. When she wasn't able to answer a question I had, she took my number and said she would contact the manufacturer, then call me back. She did - within 5 minutes! I was very impressed with her dedication to getting me the information I needed to make the purchase, and to ensure I was getting what would meet my needs.

I ordered a couple trackers and am being charged for the tracking service before the item has been received. It should be up to the consumer to activate the service and not included at check out.

Tracker has too many lapses in reporting location. Started out fine for the first week or so, then gradually outages in reporting location. Outages that started out lasting 5 minutes and got progressively worse. The last outage just occured and so far is in excess of an hour. It is in a major metropolitan area with excellent cell phone coverage and placed on the vehicle properly. These outages just won't do for my needs. Also the extended battery is close to half discharged after only 23 days which is disappointing. I used another service a year ago or so and had none of these issues.

I use it to walk my dog everyday. Loose dogs are not a problem for me anymore. Excellent tool Definitely recommend

Got this for my daughter to fend off stray dogs. Seems to be effective. She carries it every day walking her dog. Light weight with lots of zap! The light and belt clip are helpful. It is of better quality than expected. Definitely recommend as defensive tool. One push of the button and stray dogs go the other way. Also makes an effective club.

The clock and alarm work fine. The hidden cam is hard to notice. The pictures are not always color, many times black and white with plenty of light in the room. The video is in focus in the middle of the screen, but blurs as it gets closer to the edge. I also didn't see an option for daylight savings time, and I had to manually update the time. Not a lot of instructions for what each setting on the camera setup screen. It also saves the setup settings automatically to the desktop (no option to change and save directly to the micro SD card. I also found it pricey for the rather low quality videos. It is not providing a 4k video even after changing the settings.

Works as stated, but I failed to read the entire description. Being a PI I needed sound with the recording. This device does not offer that option. I am 100% to blame. My state is a one person state.

FYI this joke of product has the insides of a junkyard. The SD card slot inside struggled to "click" properly, as well as it tilts inside making it near impossible to insert SD card.

Unfortunately, the second would not work either and broke from a 1-ft drop onto the work bench by accident. Still not working. Poorly written instructions. Bad translations from Chinese.

My baton lasted over 3 years before the battery pack wore out. It's not replaceable, but I gave it 5 stars because it served me well and I'm buying another one. I use mine when I walk my greyhounds, who are not fighters, in case they're attacked by a vicious dog. I've never had to use the stinger, but I've had a couple of occasions where just the crackle scared off other dogs. Works well.

I've owned a similar product that was superior. First, the dog bark is not as realistic as the aforementioned product. Also, the previous product bark started w a single bark then, increased in intensity if the person did not move from the motion detector. Also, the previous product was able to modify the distance that the motion was detected. Indecently, both products were made by the same company. This seems to be an inferior product. I am very disappointed.
