As a reloader, semi auto firearms are a problem because they eject brass into the universe, making recovery a real issue in many circumstances. Most brass catchers are flimsy, well cause malfunctions of the firearm, and are difficult to use. Brass Goat solves all of those problems for a very reasonable price and it's made in the USA, for a change.

This is my second time purchasing from this company. I gave my first Brass Goat to a good friend, and find that it's too valuable to not have in my range bag.

It's great. 3 mags in, the best catcher I've tried - secure and doesn't interfere w/ optics placement. May interfere w/ reloading for lefties.

Some ppl might think the price point is a bit high, but this is an awesome product, and it was worth what I paid for it....easily. I've used it on all of my 5.56 guns, my 300 blackout, and my 6.8 spc......as long as the rifle has a mil spec lower receiver, this this product fits and works extremely well. Some brass catchers cause jams due to brass not completely clearing the ejection port before the bcg returns to battery....I have not had that issue with this product. And after using it to catch several hundred pieces of brass on various rifles so far....only 1 piece of brass has escaped this catcher, it somehow managed to come thru the crack at top
