With all the other big name brass catchers on the market, this is way more bang for the buck. The mesh bags are known to fail from snagging and heat from the shell casings. This not a worry to be had with the Brass Goat. Easy on, easy off. Dropping the hopper from the catcher is super easy. I don’t reload, but one shooters brass might be another shooters dollar!

Does not work with 20 rnd Magpul Magazines that I use for bench shooting. Magazine floorplate is interference fit with Brass Catcher (BG15), makes magazine very hard to install due to side pressure which prevents bolt from picking up bullet to feed into chamber. Brass Goat prevents you from seeing if round was fed or if it was a misfire.

I’m trying to figure out how to whiten the brass rattle when in the field hunting feral hogs @ night… already placed cotton balls in the bottom. Any suggestions on the side walls for covering
