About this Company
Magwell Mounts was created by two life-long hunters, trappers, and firearm enthusiasts, with the purpose of putting the firearm owner at the center of everything we do. We strive to create products that are easy to use, durable, and designed to enhance the look of your firearm.
Named after the 'magwell' of an AR15 lower-receiver, our attachment technology is so simple it will leave you asking 'why didn't I think of that?"
We are based in the U.S. and all of our products are 100% manufactured and assembled here in the United States.
Why the name Brass Goat?
We believe after trying our Brass Goat just once you will agree, when it comes to Brass Catchers - it's the Greatest Of All Time. Our Brass Goat will 'eat' your fired brass efficiently, and without the bulkiness of traditional bag catchers.
Magwell Mounts has proudly earned over 2,000 verified reviews and has an average rating of 4.9 out of 5.0. We provide a 30-day money back guarantee if you are not satisified with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us to arrange a refund.

I have used this set up the past two weekends on multiple rifles. It performs as designed and is much nicer than the bag brass catchers that mount to the top rail. It changes your hand movements with standard AR operating (bumping mags into place, checking FTF, holding magwell front with off-hand, etc.) but it sure is nice not to have to chase brass. I bought this mainly to capture all of my blackout brass. Not so concerned on cheaper 556 brass but still nice. The only issue I have found is it sits very flush with the upper and therefore won't work with every upper/handguard assembly. I have a Larue Tactical upper to handguard connection that will not allow it to mount. I understand you cannot engineer for every solution but reducing some of the body at the top would allow for more variance in feasible uppers. I might buy another one and chop it myself, but even if I don't, I have no regrets buying.

This is a long awaited and much sought after accessory. The streamlined shape is aesthetically much better than a bulky minnow net bag hanging off the rail. It's durable; don't have to worry about hot brass melting anything. Best of all, MADE IN THE USA. Kudos guys!

Had an initial concern about the fit for my specific AR Pistol. Submitted a ticket via the 'Contact us' form. Not long after Rick K. called to discuss my issue. Problem solved. Great customer service. Thanx Rick.

I have three other brands of brass catchers and this the best I have ever used. I have multiple AR-15s with calibers ranging from 9mm to 12.7x42 (50 Beowulf). It caught everything with no malfunctions. It’s compatible with B.A.D. levers and aftermarket mag releases. It can be easily swapped from firearm to firearm and it doesn’t interfere with your optic setup. I would recommend the Brass Goat BG15 to anyone who reloads or is tired of picking up spent casings.

Why Trust Verified Reviews?
Verified Reviews are real, authentic reviews collected from actual paying customers, using Shopper Approved's Verified Review Platform. When reviews are Verified by Shopper Approved, you know that you can trust them to make better buying decisions.
Unverified Reviews on the other hand, are reviews collected by Open Review platforms that allow anyone to leave a review, without any validation or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, most reviews you read online are Unverified Reviews, and can't be trusted.
As a consumer, here's how you can tell the difference:
Verified Reviews from Verified Review Platforms like Shopper Approved, have much higher review counts and higher overall Star ratings, because they attempt to collect reviews from every single paying customer.
Unverified Reviews from Open Review Platforms, tend to have much lower review counts and more negative Star ratings, because people with bad experiences are primarily those who leave reviews. This often creates a misleading, inaccurate portrayal of a companies true reputation.
So, when searching for Verified Reviews, look for the name you know you can trust. Shopper Approved.
