It's tough for me to schedule a time to be at the house for a delivery window, since I also have a job. But R&L let me come to their Aurora, CO warehouse to pick up the chairs myself on Tuesday. We assembled the chairs last night. The assembly instructions seem to need some improvement, but we got them figured out and assembled. We like them!

Easy! My favorite outdoor furniture is Breezesta which is built to last. It looks almost like new after five years of year-round outdoor exposure. It may be a little heavy for children or elderly individuals to lift or move but there is no worry that it will ever be blown around or damaged in a storm. Ours did not move an inch during two major hurricanes. This furniture should never need to be replaced. I expect it to last a lifetime. Brandster offers great prices and excellent service. I am completely satisfied.

Happy with everything! The order process and actual merchandise arriving in a timely manner. Extremely easy to assemble...which is what I was initially worried about.
