“Boomer Benefits has come to my rescue again and again. They helped me negotiate the Medicare maze, resolve primary care provider issues, help me understand which bills I should pay and which I should wait for Medicare to pay, help me know when a pharmacy is overcharging me, and even helped me change banks for my Medicare draft payments. “I contacted Boomer Benefits to get help with a bill that I thought had an incorrect charge. I spoke with Amanda Sutter who confirmed I was correct. She contacted the doctor's office in my behalf to ask for a review and recoding of the visit. Then I received a form from the doctor's office asking for specific details of what I thought was wrong. Amanda helped me complete the document and gave me the correct billing code for the visit. The doctor's office reviewed the document and acknowledged that the visit was coded incorrectly. A revised bill was sent which saved me over $170.00. Thank you Amanda!”
