“The folks at Boomers Benefits totally blew my mind! I've called customer service at other companies who knew less than myself. Boomers the ladies I dealt with went Above and beyond. They were full of knowledge. Instead of giving me a number telling me someone at this # will be able to help at this department, they called the # found the person that were abel to either completely process right then and gave all info of what she just completed. Thank you Valaree. I called one# and had several questions answered and situation completed. They even called my Dr and helped schedule an appointment. ”

“I recently received a call from Amanda Sutter and she was checking to see if she could help me with any issues I might be having with my medical payments. I did have one and she handled it very professionally and thoroughly. She followed up and kept me informed on a regular basis. I did receive a refund for a bill because of her efforts. She is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever had. Thank you Amanda!”

“I had been going around and around with Medicare trying to fix a problem. I finally decided to call Boomer Benefits to see if they could help me. If anybody has ever tried to call Medicare to try to get a clear answer, then you know what I mean about being nervous about who answers the phone. And sadly most of the time it is someone who treats you like you've done something wrong, and then goes on to give you wrong information. So when I called Boomer Benefits and Ally answered the phone, it was a very nice experience right from the beginning. She apologized for all the trouble I was having and said she would help me in any way possible. She called Medicare and within about 5 minutes she got the problem solved .
She was not only courteous but very professional and knowledgably , it made my life so much easier. I am so glad she is on my team!”

“During the past couple of weeks I needed help with my drug plan. My prescription would have cost me close to two thousand dollars for the remainder of the year. Valaree provided helpful advice and a drug cost document to work with my doctor's office. It took me several phone calls to the doctor's office and the bottom line is I am paying $26 a month for my new prescription.

“Amanda Sutter recently assisted me in changing from one Medicare Supplement to a updated plan that better suited my needs. From our first phone conversation, Ms Sutter was professional and courteous. She had remarkable knowledge of the Medicare Supplement plans. From completeting the Health Questionaire to submitting it to the proposed company, Ms Sutter displayed exceptional patience.
I was accepted by the new company, which meant one more step to complete the transition... calling my existing insurance company and notifying them if my cancellation. Again Ms Sutter handled the conference call with remarkable professionalism. No glitches for me! Thank you Amanda Sutter for getting the right Supplement for me in an exceptional manner.
