“I am so pleased to have an advocate with Boomer Benefits. I kept telling the doctor's office I didn't think the charge was mine. I finally called Boomers and a couple of days later Flora called to say the charge had been removed. Thanks, Flora!”

“I received a bill from one of my medical providers this week, and I was a bit confused, as I have Plan F with Medicare, which covers everything. I left a message for someone to call me about this, and this morning Robin called; I explained, and asked me to send it to her, which I did via scanning to her email.
I probably heard back within an hour, which was very quickly, issue was solved, and I was able to throw out the bill. Robin showed great customer service, and was on the problem quickly; she was very pleasant and easy to work with, which makes everything go so smoothly that way. So Robin, great job, and thank you for your help today!”

“Jose is great! He is so calm and kind. He helped me thru a few issues and was thoughtful, patient and just wonderful! Your promise of help with excellent customer service on your web site is what prompted me to use Boomers and you were not just trying to attract new customers. It is all true!!! I am very pleased with Boomers and so happy that Jose is my Rep! Thanks to Jose and your whole team. “After wasting several hours myself trying to do my initial Plan D prescriptions by mail, frustrated I called on Boomer Benefits as I recalled they had told me when signing up for SS plan A,B & my Plan D & G that they were willing & able to help me out, So frustrated when I called & was transferred to NicoleB; Who had my matters solved in about 15 minutes, including talking with the prescription pharmacy & getting my primary physicians approval to furnish the necessary work to process,not one,but 5 prescriptions! I was on the verge of tears trying to deal with this. It was especially nice that the only tears I shed were of joy to find that something complicated was quickly converted to a simple task. Hats off to Nicole B & the fabulous Boomer Benefits Team who made my day!”

“We needed assistance with a couple of "not on our list" drug issues with our prescription plan. Robin was extremely helpful in clarifying the process to address these and the major assist was with contacting the insurer and our doctor's office. She made the calls and absorbed the wait time and then conferenced us when people were on the line. Very helpful! Thank you!”
