I'm familiar with Bonnie & Ellie as I watch both their YouTube channels. I think it's amazing how much care they have put into growing this small business. Unfortunately, when I received my lounge set, I was disappointed about the material of the long sleeve shirt in particular. I knew without trying it on that it wasn't for me. It felt like a summer rash guard or UV protection material- not something I would care to sleep in. It's my own fault I didn't read the return policy. My only option was to send it back for store credit. The only item I would consider buying is the robe, which is sold out currently.

I purchased a robe and within a few weeks ( not even 1 month I think ) the loop on back to hang robe was torn apart so it could not be hung by hanging loop. I contacted Customer Service and was really shocked when you suggested I should just see it up myself. I mean when your paying $109 for a robe you want to be able to hang it in the hook in the bathroom and not be told it’s an easy repair and I can sew it myself. I write back and was sent a $90 gift card. (Not enough to cover shipping , which I paid for on original order) I’ve bought I have purchased about 10 items from Bollie and never expected such lousy Customerservice. I love everything I’ve ordered from you guys, but I’m not going to recommend you when your customer service is lacking in such a huge way. You gave me the feeling I was asking for some thing I do not deserve. I felt guilty writing back and saying I thought that was unacceptable. So I will use my $90 gift card you sent me and pay for my own shipping again on a robe that was defective, But I am sorry I cannot recommend you to friends and family because of that. Thank you for listening.
