Super quick shipping. Why do companies insist on requesting reviews of products before they have been installed or tried out? I can't give an untested product anything more than an average rating. The teak seat looks good, but I'm leery of the thin plastic covers for the hinges. I bet they're impossible to replace after getting cracked.

My final verdict will depend on this company honoring my request made shortly after ordering to hold shipment for 3 days. The teak shower seat did arrive promptly after my requested delay while on a short trip. I appreciate that. However, since the seat isn't yet installed, yet this request for a critique is staring me in the face, I can't in honesty rate the product, only the company which did a good job of holding shipment as requested by 3 days, packing it well, and then getting it here long before it will be installed. Thanks for that.

We have had this product for more than 10 years. The only drawback is that the mixing cartridge does need to be replaced every five years or so. Sometimes, tracking down just a cartridge can be difficult.

Love the look of this unique sink. It is a hand made product so each one will have its own look. We also liked it because you just don’t see that many of them. We looked at fire clay, copper, standard stainless and found this to be just the right piece for our kitchen rebuild. The apron front is enclosed, not all are, and this gives it a much more finished look.
