This was the Canadian version of sildenafil, "PRZ Sildenafil". It seems to neither produce the therapeutic effect nor the adverse effect (nasal and sinus congestion) that brand name "Viagra" does.

This does not have the physiologic effects on my nasal and sinus mucosa as the brand name Viagra. So I assume that is why it produces a weak effect on the target organ. I need to take two pills to get an effect. Next time I will buy from a different manufacturer.

It is not obvious that one must click the pull down list to see all the alternatives sildenafil choices. I kept hitting "view" and ended up on the same page over and over again until I found the symbol indicating pull down.
