I wanted to love this so much. The light cream works well and zaps the pimples. My skin doesn't get dry and flaky from use. The initial smell when applied is of tea tree oil, but the smell fades within ten minutes. Unfortunately, what's left behind is the lingering smell of sulfur (like mild rotten eggs). It's aggravating my nausea, which is such a shame because the cream itself does work well. With my nose as sensitive as it is right now, the overwhelming smell of sulfur is in the blankets and pillow, and with every fluff and movement, I can smell it. If you don't mind the smell of sulfur, definitely give this a try. If you're fighting nausea and morning sickness, I'd wait a bit.

This is the best spot treatment ive ever used Soft, smooth, moisturizing and works! I put on at night and blemish is gone by morning. 2 nights for the tougher ones :) Smells great and doesn't dry out my skin at all. I have very sensitive skin and this is not irritating.

This spot treatment is gentle and does not dry out my skin. It helped to control my acne outbreak during my pregnancy.

Haven't seen a difference in my acne situation. Just disappointed that it hasn't cleared up.
