I love the comforter it's super cute and the bed is always made now. My particular comforter bleeds black dye onto the white part after washing it so the comforter is now stained.

They are so cute but the black bleeds onto the white when washed. I followed the washing instructions to a T because I’d heard that this was a problem but it was unavoidable. They were on sale and I do think they are adorable but I’m disappointed.

There is nothing wrong with the site. I decided to purchase because I've been thinking about it for months. Went to use a discount code for 30% off and it seems like a good deal but shipping is nearly $20 (what?!) Almost every site I order from offers free shipping these days. And they force you to pay $4.80 for a shipping warranty. I hope the product is worth the price. I also live in a state that has higher taxes (not beddys fault.) So the discount was $119 but taxes, shipping and warranty were just about $50.

Bleeds colors all over the white. Washed exactly as stated on site. Customer service did nothing. No refund. No partial refund. No different set offered. All they did was argue that I knew it would do this based on their site and it being on sale. NOT true. Never once did any pop up come up saying it would do this. They may want to check their site. Does not say that when you order. I didn't use a sale. Used a promo coupon.

I THOUGHT it was a good product and it is if you had a set that didn't bleed color.

Worst Beddys set ever and worst customer service. Black color bled all over the white. Even though it was washed exactly as stated. No partial refund offered and didn't offer a replacement set.

I absolutely love them but they bleed through when I washed them. I have read that you can use oxi clean to remove the bleeding. I am having a hard time finding oxi clean. I assume it is a detergent?

We are so sorry for the inconvenience. We have recently been made aware of the bleeding issue with our Dash Beddy's sets. While minor bleeding is normal, we've found that the bleeding on our Dash option is more than we prefer our customers. to experience. BUT the good news is, the bleeding comes out when you wash with OxyClean. It may take multiple wash cycles to completely come out, but it will come out! For this reason, we have discounted our Dash Beddy's set until the issue is fixed.

Yes these do have some bleeding problems. But I did as they instructed and washed them a few times and it went away. Second and third washes haven't had any problem at all. Awesome bedding.

My kids love their Beddy's! I received a damaged item in my order but Beddy's customer service was quick to make it right, 5 stars for customer service. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because of the bleeding of the fabric. I did forget to add vinegar, my fault. But for the pricey cost, it's still frustrating that the fabric bleeds.
