BeFrugal is an online cash back portal. There are Merchants that allow In-Store Pick-Up. We recommend to read the "Cash Back Terms" listed for the Merchants cash back, before placing any orders! They tend to have useful information regarding their cash back, including "In-Store".

We hear you on the Payouts! BeFrugal is just a cash back portal that connects you to the cash back that is coming from the Merchant. Since the Cash Back comes from them, we do have to wait for them to turn your cash back into a "Payable" state. That time frame is just an estimated time frame! There are Merchants that can approve faster or take a little longer to approve.

i HAVE neverr had problems with your payouts. However, I have made many purchases where I had the coupons go through my purchase and all, but it did not credit me any percentage for the purchase. I'm always told I just need to give them the information about the purchase, but it is a hassle. I hope todays purchase of a TV at BestBuy, through the BeFrugal site by finding it on your list and clicking it so it was sent to Best Buy did the trick tonight!

Since the Cash Back comes from them, they will list their "Cash Back Terms" under the percentage they are offering. We highly recommend to always look into the "Cash Back Terms" before placing any purchases. Most of them will list that if you use a coupon that is not on our site, it can prevent you from receiving the cash back.
